Individual Therapy: In-Person Support in Carlsbad, CA

I work with adults and teens (12+) in person at my Carlsbad office. You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy, just ready to take a closer look at what’s been building beneath the surface. Whether we meet weekly or biweekly, therapy gives you a space to feel clearer, more grounded, and more like yourself again.

You might be someone who’s always been the steady one, the high achiever, the fixer. But lately, it’s taking a toll. You’re not looking for surface-level advice, you’re looking for a space to slow down, make sense of things, and finally feel more like you.


If you're a teen, or the parent of one, you might not know exactly what’s wrong, just that something feels off. Big emotions, anxiety, or stress might be showing up in ways that are hard to explain. That’s okay. You don’t need to have the words for it yet.

What to Expect

Therapy with me is warm, grounded, and intentionally designed to go beyond surface-level support. We’ll work together to understand what’s underneath the patterns and symptoms you’re experiencing, at a pace that feels attuned and manageable.


Depending on your goals and pace, we might:

  • Map out emotional and relational patterns that keep repeating
  • Use Schema Therapy tools to explore core beliefs and unmet needs
  • Integrate EMDR or Brainspotting to process trauma, stuck memories, and somatic cues
  • Identify and challenge your inner critic or  coping/survival modes
  • Practice grounding and emotion regulation skills to help you stay present
  • Increase self-compassion and develop a more integrated sense of self
  • Explore family dynamics, identity, or formative experiences that still echo today


You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting. I’ll guide you through the process with curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based tools designed for real, lasting change.

Session Options

Sessions are in-person at my Carlsbad office and available in:

  • 50-minute format for consistent momentum
  • 100-minute format for deeper exploration when needed
