My Approach

My style is warm, collaborative, and attuned—but also focused on helping you create real, lasting change. Therapy with me isn’t just about venting (though there’s space for that, too). It’s about gently exploring what’s underneath your patterns and giving your system the tools it needs to shift.


Depending on your goals and how you respond, we might draw from:


  • Schema Therapy – to identify and shift deep-rooted emotional patterns and beliefs
  • Brainspotting or EMDR therapy – to access and process trauma or stuck emotional material at the nervous system level
  • CBT and DBT – to build insight, develop practical tools, and learn how to manage emotions, thoughts, and reactions more effectively


You don’t need to know what any of these are to get started. We’ll figure out what’s most supportive for you together.
