Others are new to therapy and simply want a space to feel supported, seen, and heard. Whether we’re meeting weekly or working through a short-term intensive, I offer flexible, neuroscience-informed therapy designed to help you move forward—without dragging things out for years.

Sometimes what you need most is a steady, supportive space to show up and feel heard. I offer weekly in-person therapy for individuals to help process life’s challenges, manage anxiety, strengthen coping skills, and build emotional resilience—at a pace that works for you.


Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, perfectionism, decision fatigue, or painful past experiences, we’ll shape the process around your goals and needs. Some clients want structure and practical tools; others need time and space to talk things through. Either way, we’ll move forward together—with intention and care.


I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, and Schema Therapy to support real, lasting change. Weekly therapy offers room for momentum, flexibility, and meaningful connection—without pressure to rush.


Sessions are available in 50-minute and 100-minute formats, depending on the depth of support you’re looking for. Together, we’ll find a rhythm that helps you feel more centered, capable, and clear.

Weekly therapy isn’t always the best fit. If you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, or simply want focused time to work through something meaningful, intensives offer a powerful, short-term alternative.


Therapy intensives may be a great fit if:
• You want faster progress in a shorter time frame
• You’re ready to address stuck patterns or emotional pain
• You’ve done therapy before and want to go deeper
• You’re currently in therapy but want to try EMDR or Brainspotting with a trained specialist
• You don’t have time for weekly sessions but want meaningful progress


These half-day, in-person sessions take place at my Carlsbad office and are fully tailored to your needs. We may integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, or other trauma-informed approaches to help you work through what’s been keeping you stuck. Some clients book a therapy intensive as a one-time experience, while others use it to deepen ongoing therapy. However you arrive, we’ll create a plan to help you move forward with clarity, relief, and emotional ease.
