Looking for more focus in your therapy journey? My 8-week track combines 100- and 50-minute sessions to help you make meaningful progress in a short, structured timeframe. We’ll use EMDR, Brainspotting, Schema Therapy, and CBT—tailored to your unique goals.
This approach offers the depth of anxiety or trauma work with the clarity of a defined timeline. Many clients find it’s exactly the momentum they’ve been looking for.
Each session builds on the last, offering space for both deep reprocessing and integration. The track follows a clear beginning, middle, and end—ideal for busy clients who want direction and a sense of completion. If you’re ready to focus in and make meaningful progress, this track might be a great fit.
