Sessions are available in 50-minute and 100-minute formats, depending on the depth of support you’re looking for. Together, we’ll find a rhythm that helps you feel more centered, capable, and clear.

These 100-minute sessions, scheduled 1–2 times per week over 4–8 weeks, allow us to go beyond surface-level insight and work through emotional blocks with more space and depth. We may use EMDR, Brainspotting, or other trauma-informed approaches—customized to your goals and your nervous system.
